The Huang Lieh-ho Social Welfare Foundation is governed by the Board of Directors, the Chairperson, and the Chief Executive Officer. Its operations are organized into six major divisions: Finance, Administration, Public Relations, P³ Zone Programs (Papa’s Pad), Silver Fox Clubs, and the Resource Center.
